The JUKI High-Speed Compact Modular Mounter RX-8 is a high-performance SMT Pick & Place solution designed for efficiency and flexibility in automated electronics assembly. As a compact modular mounter, RX-8 combines exceptional throughput with minimal footprint—its width is just 998 mm, yet it can reach placement speeds of up to 100,000 CPH using the P20 high-precision planet head.

Functionally, the RX-8 supports comprehensive integration into factory environments. Bad-mark data and defect info from upstream inspection can be shared to reduce repeated errors. Its centering and inspection vision system unifies alignment and quality checks to ensure consistent placement.
