The DJ-306 Loose-Taped Radial Lead Form Machine is a specialized Radial Lead Former designed for efficient lead bending and cutting of tape-fed or bulk axial components. As a Loose-Taped Radial Lead Form Machine, it combines lead cutting and forming in one process, improving throughput and reducing manual steps.

This Lead Forming Machine supports adjustable forming span and jumper lead length. It can form both U-shape (horizontal) and F-shape (vertical) leads—note that both shapes cannot be used simultaneously, so specify which shape you need when ordering. High-quality steel is used for cutters to ensure durability and consistent performance over long runs.

Optional automatic feed tray is available to support bulk feeding. The machine delivers a high output efficiency of 60,000 pieces per hour under typical operating conditions.
